2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website and in our packages are charged per year, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required before any work begins.
  • Additional services, upgrades, or add‑ons will be quoted separately.
  • Prices may change over time, but any changes will always be communicated before renewal.

3. Project Process

  • Work begins once payment and required content (text, images, branding) have been received.
  • Turnaround times depend on the package selected and timely communication from the client.
  • Revision rounds are included as stated in each package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Content & Materials

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate, legal, and copyright‑free content.
  • We can assist with copywriting or sourcing images if requested (additional fees may apply).
  • Any content provided must not infringe on third‑party rights.

5. Website Launch

  • A website will only be launched once the client has approved the final version.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content, slow communication, or third‑party issues (hosting, domains, etc.).

6. Annual Renewal

Because all prices are per year, the following applies:

  • Annual renewal covers hosting, security updates, support, and maintenance included in your package.
  • Renewal invoices are issued 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Failure to renew may result in suspension of hosting or support services.

7. Ongoing Support

  • Support includes minor updates, fixes, and general assistance.
  • Major changes, redesigns, or new pages are not included and will be quoted separately.
  • Support is available during standard business hours.

8. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital work, payments are non‑refundable once the project has begun.
  • If a project is cancelled before work starts, a partial refund may be considered.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for losses caused by third‑party services, hosting providers, or external platforms.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access details.

10. Privacy

  • Any information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for project purposes.
  • We do not share client data with third parties unless required to complete the project (e.g., hosting setup).
